Here I present to you my version of classic series of video games of James Pond the fish. James traveled in time to see future. What he finds is dark and gritty low levels of lowlife city. Along with corrupted government and policeman influenced by rich kingpins. His mission is to change the city from broken Dystopia to life-full utopia.
This is single control game "point and shoot".

unzip the file with 7zip or winrar.
Keep all files within the provided folder in zip file.
Open folder and launch "UP943856_JP Utopia Project.exe"
